Spaghetti Pomodoro 

Total Time: 10 minutes

Difficulty Level: Easy


3 cloves of garlic finely minced (can be sliced if preferred)

½ pack of Liviva Keto Spaghetti 

Salt to taste

7 Basil leaves 

Generous amount of good quality extra virgin olive oil

Crushed San Marzano tomatoes 

Basil and Parmigiano Reggiano to garnish 


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil (amount should be able to cover the pasta). Once boiling add spaghetti and cook for 3 minutes (just two minutes shy of being cooked). When cooked to nearly al dente (3 minutes) remove pasta from water and reserve the pasta cooking water.
  2. In a pan sauté minced garlic until it takes on a golden brown color, then immediately add crushed San Marzano tomatoes to prevent garlic from burning.
  3. Add in pasta while gradually adding pasta cooking liquid until pasta reaches desired consistency (2 minutes) 
  4. While pasta is still on the stovetop add in basil leaves (reserve some to garnish), a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt to taste
  5. Garnish with grated parmigiano reggiano, basil leaves and serve!
