LIVIVA’s shirataki noodles are a low calorie superfood. Made from the konjac root, our shirataki noodles have only 15 calories per serving and contains 0 sugar and no odour. This makes it an ideal pasta alternative for people with diabetes, following a ketosis diet, or looking to lower their carb intake.

COOKING
LIVIVA PASTA

Boil water, add pasta and simmer 2-4 minutes or until al dente.

Rinse pasta immediately with cold water and drain.

Our Pasta Promise

Ingredient Selection
All of our natural and high-quality ingredients are expertly sourced from their natural environments. The beans for our bean pastas and konjac root for our Shirataki pastas are carefully washed and thoroughly dried.

Grinding & Mixing
Dried beans or konjac root are then ground to remove their skins and natural oils. For our bean pasta, the bean powder is mixed with water to create the dough. For our Shirataki pasta, the konjac root powder is combined with all-natural ingredients – water, citric acid, and oat fibre before being rolled into a dough.

Extrusion
Freshly mixed dough is then fed into a pasta extruder to make the various pasta shapes (i.e. penne, spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.)

Drying
This step only relates to the bean pasta. Once the bean pasta has been extruded, it is hung to dry naturally. This artisan approach ensures the best test and flavor possible.

Trimming & Packaging
The pasta is trimmed to size, and placed in sealed pouches. By combining minimal processing with all-natural, directly sourced ingredients our 100% organic pastas make the perfect addition to any meal.
