LIVIVA Organic Shirataki Spaghetti

1 piece
Egg

1 lb.
Ground beef

3 cups
Bone broth (or chicken broth)

2 minced
Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon
Fresh minced ginger

2 pieces
Sliced scallions
DIRECTIONS
01Boil the egg.
02Saute the ground beef, seasoning to taste.
03In another pot, bring the bone broth to boil, before adding the cooked meat.
04Rinse the shirataki pasta for 15 seconds, then boil for 2 minutes.
05Drain the noodles and place them in a dry skillet and roast them for 1 minute, before setting them aside.
06Peel and cut the boiled egg in half.
07Pour the broth and beef into a bowl.
08Top with boiled egg halves and scallions.
