Shipping Policy

  • All Online orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
  • One case minimum order
  • Two cases or more for free shipping
  • We work with UPS to ship all over the continental USA.

LIVIVA Foods Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or gift card, if the following conditions are met.

Please email us at info@livivafoods.com for a return authorization. 
We will send instructions by email on how to proceed. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping return fees.
LIVIVA Foods is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit.

LIVIVA Foods is not responsible for the following:

  • Products which have been opened or damaged by the customer.
  • Products which have been delayed in shipping due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Products which have not been stored in the correct fashion, per product instruction.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the postage for shipping back the products.
  • If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.
  • Customers are responsible for submitting orders with correct address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if order is returned, the refund will be issued minus shipping charges already incurred.
