Shipping Policy

We process and ship online orders within 5 business days after the order is placed.

We offer free shipping on orders of $70 or more, up to a maximum shipping subsidy of $15 per order. Any shipping amount above $15 may be charged at checkout.

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States using carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, and UPS.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we may contact you with an updated shipment timeline or available options. A seller that advertises a shipping timeline should have a reasonable basis for it, and if it cannot ship within the promised time, U.S. FTC rules generally require delay consent or a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If the order is returned to us, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping charges already incurred.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or includes incorrect items, please contact us at info@livivafoods.com within 5 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To request a return, please email info@livivafoods.com for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unopened and unused

  • the product must not be damaged due to customer handling, storage, or misuse

  • the return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

  • the item must be sent back in accordance with the return instructions provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect shipment.

We are not responsible for:

  • products opened or damaged by the customer

  • delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • products not stored according to the product instructions

  • carrier delays that are outside our control
