Here’s a keto friendly chicken soup recipe that doesn’t take hours to make. Just throw all the ingredients together and wait for deliciousness. Plus, you won’t miss the noodles when you’ve got low carb penne!

Ingredients:

1 package of Liviva Penne Shirataki

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (approx 800 g)

4 stalks of celery

2 carrots

1 yellow onion

1 tsp dried thyme

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

2 tsp turmeric

2 bay leaves

¼ cup braggs all purpose liquid soy seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

2 cartons of chicken broth (960 ml each)

2 cloves garlic
