1 pkg Liviva Shirataki Penne

2 cups cucumber, diced

2 cups green pepper, diced

¼ red onion, diced

2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup greek yogurt

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup lemon juice

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup feta cheese
